I asked Dr.Baumholtz if he could refer me to some one who could help and he said he could! Turns out he has experience in hand surgery too! My boyfriend is only in San Antonio every other weekend so there was no way he could come during the week to see Dr.Baumholtz. S... More Dr.Baumholtz is amazing. He truly cares about his patients. I previously had a breast augmentation by another doctor in another state. I worked out when I was approved too. And I ended up tearing open my incisions. Which made the scar bigger then it originally was suppose to be. So 5 years later I went to Dr. B to see if I can get my scar fixed and while we are in there might as well go bigger. So we decided I could go bigger and come up with a plan to ta... More I previously had a breast augmentation by another doctor in another state. I worked out when I was approved too. And I ended up tearing open my incisions. Which made the scar bigger then it originally was suppose to be. So 5 years later I went to Dr. B to see if I can get my scar fixed and while we are in there might as well go bigger. So we decided I could go bigger and come up with a plan to take care of the scar. I did the 3D imaging so I can see what I would look like with bigger implants. He helped me decide on what I wanted to go with, made sure it wasn't unrealistic. So here comes my surgery day, ready for an easy implant exchange. Well that's what we thought. Turns out my old doctor wrote a different report then what was actually done. I had one implant on top of the muscle and another implant partially under the muscle. So this simple implant exchange turned into a reconstructive surgery. With that all said and done. Everything turned out amazing!! I have a thinner scar and bigger implants actually placed under the muscle this time. I had a little more pain this time around but he had a lot of work to fix. So it was understandable. I did have a little hiccup with changing my bandages because my skin is extremely sensitive. So the adhesive started to create a rash around the incisions. Once I noticed I immediately called the office after hours. I spoke to Genevieve and sent her pictures and she showed them to Dr. B., and we all came in on a Saturday to check them out. He told me what I need to do. And i came back Monday to recheck everything and it is looking better now. I am now 3 weeks post op and and healing good. I love the size I went with, they are still high but super excited to see the final results. I highly recommend Dr. B., and his whole team. They care about you and what you want, he has a tremendous amount of experience and background in reconstruction.(he was the right Dr. for my situation) Becky is amazing too. She did my botox and was very informative and amazing. Even when I'm not there to see her she still comes to check on me. I am so glad I found Dr. B. and his team! Less

I went in for a Breast Augmentation and they eased all of my concerns and even took a 3-D scan of my body, so I could see how I looked at all angles. Dr. B then showed me how I would look based on the different size options. They don't guarantee bra size because every store/brand could be different. But they walked me through what I wanted and I got the exact size i was going for! I couldn't be happier with my results! When I saw Dr. Baumholtz, he told me that I had a capsular contracture (nothing threatening), but given my medical history and older age he required me to have clearance from my primary care physician along with a few other tests. I was able to obtain clearance that afternoon, and my surgery was scheduled and performed on Wednesday morning (the day before Thanksgiving). I’ve been waiting to see if things would get better. 2 years ago I had a breast reduction here.. I LOVE everyone I came into contact with at Baumholtz. When I had photos done originally, I guess my hips were crooked and my arms weren’t straight when photos were taken. Measurements were taken off of that which ended up placing my nipples (especially one of them) so high that it wouldn’t be cove... More I’ve been waiting to see if things would get better. 2 years ago I had a breast reduction here.. I LOVE everyone I came into contact with at Baumholtz. When I had photos done originally, I guess my hips were crooked and my arms weren’t straight when photos were taken. Measurements were taken off of that which ended up placing my nipples (especially one of them) so high that it wouldn’t be covered by any bra. I had a “correction” done which did lower them somewhat but to this day, I am embarrassed to be naked in front of my husband and one of them still pokes out of most bras. I’m very limited to the type of swim suit I can wear because my nipples show. The correction was extremely painful and I don’t have anything good to say about it. It was actually quite traumatic. I love the size and shape for sure but I’m sad that the nipple placement can’t be corrected because I can’t go through that again. Numbing didn’t work. I Would still recommend Dr Baumholtz because 1. I don’t think what happened to me is the norm and 2. they are all very attentive and friendly but my outcome (nipple placement) has somewhat taken over any self confidence I would have gained from the reduction. I really hoped they would lower with time. The day of my surgery was really good. Dr. Baumholtz was good at helping calm the nerves. I would say to anyone getting a reduction that if you see something that you question (because I did and didn’t say anything), just say something. You have to live with the results forever. Less

He explained everything in detail and gave me hard facts instead of just saying what I wanted to hear. They made me so comfortable and I can’t wait to possibly schedule my services with him.
